Woo hoo! for Yahoo!

It looks like Yahoo's been reading my blog ( just kidding ). But they have announced they are going to start work on exactly the type of spam correcting infrastructure I was talking about.

Brad Garlinghouse, VP of Communication at Yahoo! syas:

"You look at a lot of the proposals for spam management out there (and) they king-make. Are we trying to propose something that benefits us disproportionately? Not at all."

And they plan on making the specs for it available to the open source community.

Now that's what I like to hear!
